60 Seconds to fame INSTAGRAM REELS COMPETITION

• Eligibility: The competitions is open to KOS members. Entries can be by individuals or teams (max 3 individuals, all KOS members).
• Originality: All content must be original and created by the participants(s). Plagiarism will lead to disqualification. There should not be any copyright issue.
• Safety and Ethics: Content must not contain any explicit material, foul language, soundtrack with explicit lyrics. Do not reveal full face of patients, if any. No political or religious content allowed.
• Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 30-07-24 (Late submissions will not be considered)
• Platform: Submit your reel on Instagram, follow @koscon2024 and collaborate with @koscon2024
• Use any one of the approved hashtags

• It is compulsory to use any one of the above hashtags and #koscon2024
• If multiple hashtags are used for the same reel – the reel will be judged only for the first hashtag used.
• Add #koscon2024 as the last hashtag
• The reel must be in English or Kannada
• Maximum length of the reel should be 60 seconds.
• Each individual / team can submit one entry per approved hashtag
• Include a brief description of your reel in the caption. Make sure your profile is public during the competition. (31-07-2024 to 20-08-2024). It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure the privacy settings of the video are adequately selected (‘Anyone with a link can view’)
• To complete the entry, the URL of the reel needs to be sent by email to scientific@kosonline.orgwith “60 seconds to fame” as the subject
• Include the names of the participants along with their KOS number in the email.
• The reels have to be uploaded onto Instagram by 23:59:59 0n 30-07-2024 and the email to be sent by 31-07-2024
• In addition, participants must share the screenshot of their reel view count and likes on 20-08-2024 by email.
• KOS reserves the right to broadcast the submitted reels during the conference.
• Judging Criteria

1. Creativity
2. Adherence to the Theme (suggested hashtag )
3. Scientific Content
4. Production Quality (clear visuals, good audio)
5. Engagement (Likes, Views)
