AlOS ARC Leadership Development program

1. AIOS members aged 45 or below.

2. Commitment of the Nominee to their State Society and the region at large.

3. The candidate is willing to travel at his/her own cost.

4. Endorsement by a variety of National Society Leaders that the scholar is ready and likely to advance to higher responsibility and therefore worthly of investment by AIOS.

5. Nominee must agree to participate in all the elements of the LDP i.e attend all designated meetings. Otherwise Certificate will not be issued.

6. Have a potential to represent not only the state but also AIOS internationally.
